Job Summary
We re hiring a Product Data Scientist to drive insights and deliver data-backed strategies that accelerate growth and enhance customer experience. This role combines advanced analytics, experimentation, and technical expertise to solve complex product challenges.
Responsibilities
- Formulate data-driven strategies to drive business growth and customer benefit.
- Generate hypotheses based on customer behavior, industry trends, and market factors.
- Design and interpret complex experiments beyond traditional A/B testing.
- Build reusable and scalable analytics solutions to streamline workflows.
- Communicate insights effectively to influence decision-makers and align cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
- Technical Tools: Databricks, Tableau, SQL, Python.
- Advanced SQL for complex queries and data manipulation.
- Data Visualization: Qlik, Tableau, Plotly Dash.
- Python Analytics & Modeling: numpy, pandas, scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with Linux/OS X command line, Git, and general software development practices.
- Experience with Generative AI and emerging technologies for multi-modal data insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience solving growth-related problems in fintech companies.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to design scalable data solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
