Job Description:
Lead Solution Architect (MarTech / eCommerce / Promotions)
Strong experience in MarTech, Digital Commerce, Promotions, and Personalization platforms.
Ability to connect business requirements across multiple systems and define an end-to-end solution architecture.
Deep understanding of customer, product, pricing, and promotion data models.
Hands-on experience integrating platforms such as eCommerce, CRM, CDP/Data Cloud, Marketing Automation, CMS, ERP, and Order Management systems.
Experience with promotion engines and trade promotion platforms (e.g., Salesforce Promotions, Vistex, Blue Yonder, Adobe, etc.).
Strong knowledge of personalization, customer segmentation, offers, and campaign orchestration.
Ability to evaluate platform options and provide recommendations based on business fit, scalability, integration complexity, and cost.
Experience designing API-first, cloud-native architectures and complex enterprise integrations.
