Are you a technical leader passionate about elevating QA automation practices? We''re looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer / Lead to spearhead the modernization of our QA strategy and champion a culture of quality across the organization.

What You''ll Do:
🔹 Lead the modernization of our QA automation strategy and drive best practices across the SDLC
🔹 Design and develop automated API, UI, and regression test suites
🔹 Mentor and guide team members to strengthen overall QA capabilities
🔹 Partner closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle
🔹 Champion CI/CD integration and Agile testing methodologies

What You Bring:
✅ 10+ years of hands-on QA automation experience

✅ 3yrs of Experience leading QA automation initiatives or serving as a technical lead
✅ Strong expertise with automation frameworks/tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
✅ Hands-on testing experience with .NET framework–based applications
✅ Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
✅ Proven ability to define QA strategy and drive process improvements
✅ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have:
⭐ Strong scripting/programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
⭐ Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
