Job Title: Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst
Onsite Location: League City, Texas (Datacenter) & Springfield Missouri (Internally Only)

American National is seeking an
IAM Analyst to help protect our people, systems, and data by ensuring the right access is granted to the right users at the right time. This role is ideal for a service-minded IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and supporting secure access across a large application environment.
What You'll Do - Manage identity and access requests, including onboarding, offboarding, application security, and file share access
- Use ServiceNow and IAM tools to review, route, and complete access-related service requests
- Support least-privilege access, logical access controls, and compliance with enterprise security standards
- Partner with IT, security, and business teams to resolve access issues and improve IAM processes
- Participate in audit support, access reviews, documentation, and ongoing process improvement
What We're Looking For - 2+ years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, infrastructure support, help desk, quality assurance, knowledge support, or a related security-focused IT environment
- Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and contribute within a team environment
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, access administration, ticketing systems, compliance, or audit support
- Experience with Active Directory, CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, or SAP security is a plus

Schedule and On-Call Expectations This is a full-time, in-office hourly role based in League City, Texas. Team members participate in a rotating on-call schedule, typically a two-week rotation about once per quarter, to support after-hours security-related access needs.
