We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business growth through metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights. This role supports leadership and cross-functional teams by delivering accurate reporting, trend analysis, and scalable analytics solutions.
Location : On-Site, Austin, TX
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8am 0 5pm
Compensation: $75,000 - 90,000K
Job Responsibilities- Identify, compile, analyze, and deliver data and reports needed across the organization
- Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to support business decisions
- Develop, maintain, and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
- Create reporting templates and dashboards accessible to multiple levels of staff
- Conduct basic and moderately complex analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable reports for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements
- Assist with the development of business requirements and specifications for data projects
- Monitor, audit, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Support data governance, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of reporting processes
- Provide support and guidance to junior analysts or end users as needed
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/data visualization tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other data analysis tools
- Working knowledge of SQL and data querying
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
- Understanding of data analysis techniques, dashboards, modeling, querying, and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and draw logical conclusions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Solid understanding of data sources, data organization, and reporting best practices
- Ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to take direction and respond effectively to constructive feedback
