Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and implement multi-agent AI solutions that automate complex workflows and support enterprise business processes.
- Develop and integrate generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and enterprise data solutions with internal and external systems.
- Build secure, scalable, and production-ready AI applications using cloud-native architectures, automation pipelines, and infrastructure best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI performance, ensure governance and compliance, and support continuous deployment and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud-based AI solution development, generative AI, large language models, multi-agent systems, and enterprise application integration.

Technical Skills
|
Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi-Agent Systems, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), API Integration, Data Engineering

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale autonomous AI systems and intelligent workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, cloud security, and secure deployment best practices.
