The ideal candidate brings a strong procurement foundation paired with technical and analytical expertise to support the ongoing development, administration, and optimization of a Source-to-Pay platform. This is a business-facing, hands-on role that works cross-functionally across procurement, legal, finance, IT, and other enterprise partners.
This is a high-visibility opportunity to directly influence how procurement processes, technology, and data are leveraged across a large, regulated organization.
As the Procurement Systems Analyst – Source-to-Pay, you will act as the primary owner and administrator of the organization’s S2P platform. You will be responsible for platform configuration, workflow automation, AI agent tooling, reporting, integrations, and user enablement. This role bridges procurement operations and technology, ensuring platform capabilities align with business needs and deliver measurable value.
You will gather and translate business requirements, document processes and system changes, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration & Configuration
- Own day-to-day configuration of the Source-to-Pay platform, including fields, workflows, routing rules, and intake forms
- Maintain and enhance the centralized “front door” intake experience across procurement request types
- Manage contract metadata standards, template libraries, and renewal workflows
- Monitor platform health, log issues, and coordinate resolution with vendor support partners
- Build, maintain, and refine AI agent prompts (e.g., contract redline comparisons, executive summaries, supplier insights, and routing agents)
- Test and validate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with procurement standards
- Partner with procurement leadership to identify and deliver new AI-powered use cases
- Stay current on evolving AI capabilities and proactively recommend enhancements
- Design and maintain workflow automations using Power Automate or similar tools
- Support integrations across procurement and enterprise systems, including S2P platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft 365 tools
- Document integration logic and ensure clean handoffs for IT-managed components
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and quick-reference documentation
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training for procurement teams and business users
- Serve as first-level support for platform-related questions and issues, escalating as needed
- Collect and synthesize user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Own vendor master data quality, including completeness, accuracy, and deduplication
- Build and maintain standard procurement reports and dashboards
- Support metadata governance, audit readiness, and compliance efforts
- 6+ years of experience in procurement, source-to-pay operations, or a related business operations role
- Hands-on experience with a Source-to-Pay or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform such as LevelPath, Coupa, Icertis, Ironclad, Ariba Contracts, or similar
- Working knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering, with experience building, testing, and refining prompts
- Experience developing workflows or automations using Power Automate or a comparable tool
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Ability to communication and translate between technical and business audiences
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms supporting procurement, contracts, sourcing, or supplier management
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools
- Background in contract lifecycle management, vendor governance, or procurement compliance
