Summary

Key Responsibilities
Connector Development & Configuration
  • Install, configure, and manage OIM connectors for both Trusted and Target reconciliation (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, PeopleSoft).
  • Develop custom adapters for integrating unique or non-standard target systems.
Customization & Extension
  • Build and customize OIM components using Java, J2EE, and Oracle ADF.
  • Develop custom event handlers, APIs, and UI task flows.
  • Utilize sandboxes to extend and modify application UI.
Workflow Development (SOA)
  • Design and implement Oracle SOA-based workflows for multi-level approvals and automated provisioning.
  • Configure custom tasks, escalation rules, and access request workflows.
Identity Governance & Compliance
  • Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
  • Configure attestation processes and access policies for user lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
User Provisioning & Lifecycle Management
  • Develop workflows for user lifecycle events (Create, Update, Disable, Delete).
  • Automate provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
Reconciliation
  • Implement trusted source reconciliation (e.g., HRMS systems).
  • Configure target reconciliation to maintain data consistency and compliance.
Deployment & Migration
  • Use OIM Deployment Manager to migrate configurations and code across environments.
Debugging & Support
  • Troubleshoot issues using logging frameworks and analyze runtime exceptions.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), preferably version 14c (14.1.2.1).
  • Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE, SQL, XML, and Shell scripting.
  • Experience with Oracle ADF and SOA Suite.
  • Solid understanding of identity governance, access management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with WebLogic Server, Oracle Database, and LDAP servers.
  • Proficiency with development tools such as JDeveloper or Eclipse.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
