Manage day-to-day project operations for assigned electrical construction projects.

Own electrical scope execution, including labor planning, foreman coordination, procurement, production tracking, cost control, and schedule impacts.

Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, field labor, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, cost control, labor productivity, and financial performance.

Participate in project turnover meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing project coordination.

Review, finalize, and distribute project budgets and schedules.

Ensure permits, licenses, submittals, logs, contracts, RFIs, and required project documentation are completed and maintained.

Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment to support project schedules and budget goals.

Prepare, process, and manage subcontract agreements.

Develop billing schedules of values and support progress billing, retention, and payment collection.

Price, negotiate, and process change conditions and change orders.
-
Review, approve, and process subcontractor and supplier invoices.

Monitor project staffing needs, labor resource loading, productivity, and field force planning.

Support project closeout, documentation, and final financial reconciliation.

Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.

5+ years of relevant electrical construction, electrical project management, or related experience.

Direct experience managing electrical construction projects for an electrical contractor.

Clear progression from electrical field, project engineering, assistant PM, or similar background into project management responsibilities.

Strong understanding of electrical scope ownership, labor planning, foreman coordination, procurement, change orders, cost control, production tracking, schedule impacts, RFIs, submittals, and overall electrical execution.

Experience with project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, procurement, billing, and closeout.

Ability to coordinate project teams, subcontractors, field personnel, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong understanding of construction documentation, submittals, permits, schedules of values, and contract administration.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and financial accountability.

Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

OSHA 30 or strong working knowledge of construction safety practices preferred.
