Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects across global business and technology teams.
Define project strategy, governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and portfolio priorities aligned with business objectives.
Manage project intake, prioritization, resource planning, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
Serve as the primary liaison for executive sponsors, business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external consulting partners.
Develop and present executive dashboards, steering committee updates, project health reports, and portfolio status presentations.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, scope management, conflict resolution, and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators while driving PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and continuous process improvement.
Own enterprise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, including planning, governance, test coverage, entry/exit criteria, defect management, go/no-go readiness, executive sign-offs, and process improvements.
Coordinate with QA teams, Business Analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure UAT environments, test data, and validation activities are successfully completed.
Lead enterprise implementation planning for ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other large-scale technology platforms, including cutover planning, data migration validation, rollback strategies, parallel processing, and go-live readiness.
Direct go-live execution by coordinating infrastructure teams, application teams, vendors, and business operations while managing issue resolution and deployment activities.
Support Organizational Change Management initiatives, including impact assessments, communication planning, training coordination, and business readiness.
Oversee post-implementation support, SLA management, issue triage, operational transition, system adoption, KPI tracking, user satisfaction, Post Implementation Reviews (PIR), root cause analysis, lessons learned, and operational documentation.
Manage enterprise project budgets ranging from $500K to multi-million-dollar programs, including forecasting, variance analysis, vendor management, contract oversight, and resource planning across internal teams, contractors, and third-party vendors.
5+ years of progressive Project Management experience, including 3+ years leading enterprise-scale technology or business transformation initiatives.
Proven experience managing UAT strategy, implementation planning, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support for enterprise system deployments.
Strong expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Project Management methodologies.
Experience delivering ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other enterprise application implementations.
Hands-on experience managing project budgets of $500K or greater.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow PPM, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Strong experience with project governance, portfolio management, executive stakeholder management, risk management, resource planning, vendor management, and PMO best practices.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both executive and technical audiences.
PMP certification preferred; equivalent certifications such as PgMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner are also highly valued.
