The Director, IT Operations provides strategic and handson leadership for the Company s IT operations, overseeing datacenter services and infrastructure across 100+ distributed locations. This role is accountable for the reliability, security, and scalability of core IT services while leading infrastructure and cloud initiatives that support business and clinical operations. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader and technical operator with deep experience across infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT operations. This role partners closely with senior IT and security leadership to execute strategy, standardize operations, and drive operational excellence. This is a fulltime, onsite role with up to 30% travel. Candidates must be based in Florida or Nashville, TN.

Core Responsibilities
Lead IT operations, infrastructure strategy, and execution across all Company locations.
Own datacenter operations, enterprise infrastructure, and hybrid cloud environments.
Lead and develop field support teams responsible for onsite issue resolution and project execution.
Partner with centralized operations teams to monitor, manage, and maintain infrastructure using RMM and monitoring tools.
Oversee Tier 3 incident escalation, major incident response, and problem management.
Own IT change management, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
Direct delivery of infrastructure and cloud projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality outcomes.
Establish and enforce IT operations standards, policies, and best practices.
Drive collaboration between local IT teams and centralized support functions.
Define operational KPIs and reporting to measure performance and value.
Manage infrastructure and cloud vendors, contracts, and budgets.

Executive Profile
8+ years of progressive IT Operations leadership in distributed or highgrowth environments.
Deep expertise across infrastructure (networking, servers, storage), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar), and IT operations tooling.
Experience with Microsoft 365, system monitoring, backup, and recovery solutions.
Proven datacenter and hybrid cloud operations experience (VMware preferred).
Strong track record of building, leading, and scaling highperforming teams.
Businessminded leader able to align IT operations with enterprise goals.
Excellent communicator capable of translating technical complexity for executive stakeholders.
Healthcare and/or MSP experience preferred.
