OverviewProvide expert-level FMV/IMINT exploitation and serve as a technical/mission lead for SOF mission sets. Manage or lead intelligence teams, drive analytic standards, and ensure consistent quality and operational relevance of products supporting F3EA.
Responsibilities include: - Lead complex FMV/IMINT exploitation efforts and oversee production of high-impact targeting products.
- Manage/mentor analysts; set priorities, deconflict tasks, and enforce tradecraft standards.
- Provide quality control across products, briefings, and assessments to support mission decisions.
- Coordinate across targeting/intel/geospatial systems and advise customers on analytic approaches.
- Maintain readiness for shift work and worldwide deployment; support ITC duties and training.
- Maintain 35 WPM typing ability; participate in skills verification as required.
Requirements Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Minimum eight (8) years operational and tactical intelligence experience (targeting, intelligence systems, geospatial systems).
- Demonstrated experience effectively managing or leading intelligence teams and ensuring analytic quality.
- Minimum six (6) years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience within the last eight (8) years.
- Advanced proficiency in FMV exploitation and imagery analysis supporting SOF missions and F3EA.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct quality control, enforce tradecraft standards, and drive timely product delivery.
- Strong briefing skills; able to present to senior stakeholders and operational customers.
- Ability to type 35 WPM; Government may test typing during skills verification.
- Must attend Government-provided ITC training and be prepared for ITC duties and deployment.
- Willingness to support shift work and short-notice deployment.
Required Security Clearance - Active TS/SCI required at start; maintain required accesses.

Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to 25 pounds as necessary.
