Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (78701)

Project Duration: 6+ Months

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will apply technical and program management expertise to lead cross-functional teams and manage key work streams related to the Enterprise Data portfolio. The TPM will lead large, cross-division functional teams and strategic projects related to Go-to-Market (GTM) within the Enterprise Data & Customer Health team. Corporate Strategy and Revenue are key business stakeholders for the Enterprise Data team. The role requires exercising independent judgment to determine the best methods for achieving objectives and deliver high-impact data solutions for business stakeholders related to Sales and Prospecting enabling them to make data-driven decisions and drive revenue growth for Procore. This position reports into the Senior Manager, Data Engineering and will be based in the Austin office.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive Enterprise Data & Customer Health program activities for assigned GTM initiatives. This includes dependency management, risk mitigation, change control, and communication of project status to Executive management and cross-functional stakeholders across the Product & Technology organization as well as the Corporate Strategy and Revenue organization.
  • Implement and refine Agile practices across teams to improve predictability, transparency, and throughput, while promoting continuous improvement in execution, tooling, and ways of working.
  • Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of business stakeholders for Sales and Prospecting. Partner with business and engineering leadership to identify benefits, and short- and long-term trade-offs and balance the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Drive a strong culture of data quality and observability across data products, enabling trusted analytics, efficient operations, and reliable features for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain program plans and schedules that clearly highlight milestones, critical paths, risks, and decision points, providing concise, well-structured updates and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management preferably handling complex data initiatives with domain knowledge of GTM Tech (Salesforce), GTM Data and revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in Data and Analytics environments, working closely with Engineering teams to bring data products into production.
  • Strong technical fluency with cloud-native architectures and data-intensive platforms (experience with Snowflake, Databricks and AWS is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles and experience in Agile planning tools and software such as Atlassian.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze and help teams break down Enterprise Data programs into milestones.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through influence.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
