Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Kubernetes Administrator with strong On-Premises Kubernetes experience to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise container platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Kubernetes cluster administration, Linux, networking, storage, and troubleshooting in on-prem environments, along with a valid Kubernetes certification.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes Administration experience.
- Strong experience managing On-Prem Kubernetes environments (VMware, Bare Metal, or OpenShift/Rancher preferred).
- Experience with production Kubernetes clusters.
- Install, configure, and administer On-Prem Kubernetes clusters.
- Perform cluster upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Monitor cluster health and optimize performance.
- Manage networking, storage, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Implement backup, recovery, and high availability solutions.
- Support application deployments using Helm and Kubernetes best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Mandatory
