Summary
Experience: 3-4 years
- Experience in resource management, capacity planning, PMO operations, or workforce planning.
- Knowledge of resource capacity planning, demand management, and portfolio governance practices.
- Analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with resource management and portfolio planning tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and influence decision-making across technology teams.
