Job Description

We are seeking a senior Data Analyst with 5 to 8+ years of experience transforming complex datasets into business intelligence and strategic reporting. The right candidate brings sharp analytical acumen, expert-level SQL proficiency, and a proven track record with data visualization tools to deliver clear, impactful insights. Candidates should excel at turning raw metrics into actionable business decisions, with bonus points for experience operating in cloud data environments or leveraging AI-powered analytics tools.

Job Responsibilities
  • Uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities through deep-dive analysis of large datasets.
  • Build, scale, and maintain performance dashboards, automated reports, and strategic KPIs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to convert ambiguous requirements into practical analytical solutions.
  • Audit, validate, and reconcile incoming data to guarantee high accuracy and reliability.
  • Run ad-hoc analyses and root-cause investigations to answer critical business questions.
  • Write, tune, and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to advance shared analytics initiatives.
  • Drive predictive modeling efforts, AI analytics initiatives, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Standardize analytical frameworks by documenting business logic, KPI definitions, and workflows.
  • Package and present analytical stories, key insights, and actionable advice to executive leadership.
