Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
Build and customize workflows, rules, and connectors.
Implement user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
Configure access request, certification, and compliance processes.
Troubleshoot identity governance and access management issues.
Perform code reviews, testing, and deployments.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
Maintain documentation and provide production support.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Java development and BeanShell scripting
IdentityIQ workflows, rules, forms, and certifications
Provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle management
Access Request and Approval workflows
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
REST/SOAP API integrations
LDAP and Active Directory integration
SQL and database knowledge
Experience with Linux/Unix environments
Git or other version control systems
