Summary

Position: Creative Associate Director
Duration: Longterm

Role Overview:
Seeking a strategic, hands-on Associate Creative Director to lead integrated creative strategy, concepts, copy, and art. This player-coach will guide multidisciplinary teams, review creative work, manage stakeholders/workflows, and remain hands-on with concept development, writing, or design.


Key Requirements:

  • Recent Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, Group Creative Director, or similar experience

  • Strong integrated campaign experience across multiple channels

  • Portfolio demonstrating concepts, brand thinking, and personal ownership

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams

  • Ability to evaluate both copy and design

  • Strong stakeholder management and creative operations/project management skills

  • Enterprise, professional services, financial services, healthcare, pharma, insurance, or regulated-industry experience preferred

  • Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint familiarity
