Position: Technical Project Manager

Location: Bethesda, MD (Weekly 3 days onsite)

Job Description:

This person should come from a Technical Background in Java.
Hands on skill with any technology, but should have managed a team of developers and who can understand technology.
Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Jira.
Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with risk mitigation experience.
Experience preparing executive-ready reports and status presentations.
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and data analysis.
