Hybrid 4 onsite / 1 work from home in Englewood, CO

Our client seeks a Product Manager II to harness internal and external feedback to improve Advanced WiFi performance and interoperability. The role emphasizes data-driven insight synthesis, cross-functional collaboration, and roadmap influence across hardware and firmware to increase customer satisfaction.

Rate: $58.00 to $68.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize insights from internal employee and external user feedback by combining qualitative sentiment and verbatim input with quantitative metrics such as trends, NPS/CSAT, and engagement data.
  • Translate feedback into prioritized, data-backed product improvements and roadmap recommendations across hardware, firmware, and internal programs.
  • Define, track, and report success metrics including sentiment trends, issue resolution velocity, feedback loop closure, adoption metrics, and reduction in recurring complaints.
  • Lead competitor comparison documentation across ISP, FWA, and third-party WiFi hardware and advanced feature offerings.
  • Manage proactive social media engagement related to WiFi 7 by partnering with social, media, and customer success teams to address public feedback, escalate critical issues, and mitigate reputational risk.
  • Partner with engineering, firmware, UX, and hardware teams to define requirements, write user stories and epics, and ensure validated feedback drives releases, fixes, and capabilities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment through regular insight-sharing sessions, roadmap reviews, and stakeholder working groups.
  • Ensure governance, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and responsible use of device intelligence.
  • Maintain partner scorecards and support periodic business reviews.

Experience Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Product Management, Partner Management, Program Management, or Technical Account Management.
  • Hands-on experience designing and running customer and employee feedback loops and initiating investigations based on trending data.
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional programs with Engineering, QA, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Experience within telecommunications, broadband, or Wi-Fi domains preferred.
  • Experience applying Lean and Agile delivery frameworks in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Wi-Fi technologies.
  • Data-driven product management skills, including defining KPIs and interpreting telemetry and analytics.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Tableau, and social media aggregation tools.
  • Familiarity with device telemetry platforms and vendor ecosystems such as Plume/OpenSync or CUJO DI (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum at Scale, LeSS, Lean, and Six Sigma.
