OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic PC Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their IT career while delivering excellent customer service and supporting end users with hardware, software, and device-related issues.
Responsibilities- Provide desktop support for Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS devices.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
- Assist with computer deployments, equipment moves, additions, and changes.
- Perform imaging, hardware setup, and asset management activities.
- Deliver remote and phone support for end-user technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update support ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with technician team to resolve technical issues and complete projects.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or 1-3 years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS environments.
- Experience with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and break-fix support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Preferred Skills- Experience working in a service desk or enterprise support environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing and asset management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
