JOB DETAILS:
Position:IT Project Manger (Government Sector)
JOB REF#:1
Duration:6 Months (Contract)
Location:REMOTE
Pay Rate:$70.00 (W2 only) or $78.00 (INCORPORATED), (No 1099 or C2C)
This role is 100% REMOTE - MON-FRI 8am - 5:00pm (CST)
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Facilitate project activities, work with manager and portfolio team to provide project status & health and request support as needed
Ensure deliverables are developed per defined requirements
Project timeline, budget, scope, and stakeholder, & resource management
RIDAC management (risk, issue, decision, action, & change)
Developing weekly status reports and documenting meeting minutes
Track tasks and action items and ensure follow through
Vendor and cross-functional team coordination
Interface, coordinate and communicate with high level agency stakeholders
Ownership of all required project artifacts
ServiceNow project record management
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
PMP Certified
6+ years of IT Project Management experience, having managed project scope, plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Experience using ServiceNow for project record management
Experience with working with stakeholders
Experience working in the government sector is preferred, but not required
Excellent leadership, written and oral communication skills
Experience using project tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Education: Bachelor s degree or master's degree in a related field
