Project Scope:
The client needs immediate support to keep operations running, and a full-time hire or new solicitation would cause delays. This allows us to maintain continuity now and reassess long-term staffing later. This role is essential to keep desktop support, device deployments, and asset management running smoothly. Without it, we risk disruptions in key IT processes.
Roles/Responsibilities: N/A
Mandatory Skills:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Three or more years of desktop support experience. in an enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 suite, MacOS and IOS.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, TCP/IP networking, and computer hardware.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
