Role: Data Architect
Location: Madison, WI / Chicago, IL

Introduction

The Data Architect will be responsible for understanding enterprise data architecture and data structures aligned with Azure/Snowflake services, conceptualizing data products for Insurance domains, and designing and governing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise data architecture and Data structures aligned with Azure/Snowflake services and conceptualize data products for Insurance domains - Customer, Claims, Policy etc.
• Experience on MS Fabric, Snowflake, and Azure platform; sound knowledge on Datalake, Data Warehousing concepts.
• Design and govern conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Insurance domains with an aim of creating Data products.
• Experience in mapping data elements from Insurance workflow and applications to Operational Data Stores and Data Warehousing.
• Partner with business, data engineering, and platform teams to enable Insights creation for delivering more value.
• Support Azure-based data platforms and data products, optimizing models for performance, cost, and future extensibility.
• Hands-on experience in SQL, Python with proficiency in Data pipelines, Data engineering, and Reports/Dashboards.
