Role Summary
We are seeking a UKG Boomi Certified Integration Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of integrations across UKG Workforce Management platforms. In this role, you will play a central part in building reliable, scalable integrations that enable critical workforce, payroll, and operational data flows. You will work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless interaction between Boomi integrations and UKG systems, contributing directly to ongoing growth and modernization initiatives.
This role will focus heavily on Boomi development while leveraging deep knowledge of UKG Workforce Management. Experience with UKG Pro Pay is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Boomi integrations that support UKG platforms
• Modify and optimize existing Boomi code to improve performance, stability, and scalability
• Build and support integrations between UKG applications and third?party systems including HR, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and finance
• Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Management integration workflows
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to translate business needs into technical integration solutions
• Troubleshoot integration issues across development, testing, and production environments
• Maintain documentation, version control, and change management processes
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to integration and data governance standards
Key Requirements
• UKG Boomi Developer Certification
• Strong hands?on Boomi integration development experience
• Proven experience integrating UKG Workforce Management platforms
• Deep understanding of how Boomi integrations interact with UKG data structures and system behavior
• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing Boomi integrations
• Strong analytical and problem?solving skills in complex integration environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non?technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with UKG Pro Pay integrations
• Broader experience across additional UKG modules such as HR, payroll, or benefits
• Experience supporting enterprise?scale HRIS or workforce management systems
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data transformation concepts
• Experience working in rapidly scaling or fast?paced organizations
