Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, has an exciting career opportunity for a
Facilities Analyst Advanced who will support the Missile Defense Agencys Facilities Operations and Sustainment efforts at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This individual will work on the TEAMS Next Facilities Life Cycle Management (FLCM) contract and perform facilities planning, design, construction, and site activation assignments, applying facilities acquisition experience and analysis skills.
Responsibilities - Identify and update initial requirements and analysis for systems and facilities designs to support operational, supportability, and resourcing perspectives, utilizing variables such as functional capabilities, physical attributes, environmental conditions, and other design characteristics.
- Develop facility life-cycle management policies, plans, procedures, and documents to include capturing requirements for developing independent government cost estimates.
- Develop and review base support agreements, inter-service support agreements, and Base Operations Support (BOS) service documents.
- Capture and develop meeting minutes, summaries, and/or action item lists.
- Direct activities to conduct focused strategic planning, analysis, and execution for all phases of facilities life cycle management.
- Coordinate with Technical Design Activities (TDAs), vendors, and engineers to define initial and revised acquisition and supportability requirements for development program planning.
- Establish and assist in planning, development, coordination, and execution of required milestone documentation to fully support the given program of record or project initiatives.
- Brief Senior Government and Military Leaders.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications - MA/MS in operation, sustainment, and/or related field with 5+ years relevant experience; OR
- BA/BS in operation, sustainment, and/or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Capable of providing expertise in Strategic Planning, Programmatic, and Communication techniques and processes to support stakeholder requirements.
- Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of a team, assisting with solving complex problems.
- Must possess exceptionally strong analytical skills to conduct planning and analysis, and trend analysis.
- Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, able to support multiple projects, possess excellent communication skills, work well within a team, interact with multiple levels of management, and be able to manage customer and contractor relationships
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
- Possess exceptionally strong writing skills.
- CONUS and OCONUS travel up to 25% of the time.
- Applicant will primarily work from home.
- Ability to travel to the office periodically to support meetings and tasks.
- Ability to analyze project documents, meeting notes, and team correspondence to extract issues requiring senior leadership attention, and prepare briefs for communicating to the target audience
- Ability to learn and support multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Capable of leading the development and utilization of analytic tools, techniques, and processes for both technical and administrative support activities
- Ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions that are in the best interest of the government customer
- Capable of working independently or in a team to solve problems, organize work tasks, and prioritize workload
- Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams
- Strong technical writing skills
- Ability to analyze design and construction schedules
- Attention to detail in work and developed products
- Able to develop strong rapport with personnel representing internal and external organizations
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites
