Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of full stack web applications.
- Partner with Squad Leads, Scrum Masters, Architects, QA engineers, and Product Owners to deliver high-impact features.
- Develop scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs, with supporting frontend components.
- Participate in technical design discussions and translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, architectural standards, and test coverage requirements.
- Support continuous improvement through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and Agile best practices.
- Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

- Spring Boot / Spring MVC
- Angular
- RESTful services design and integration
- Java EE ecosystem and related technologies
- Apache Camel
- Maven
- Logging frameworks such as Logback and SLF4J
- JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Node.js and NPM
- RxJS
- 5+ years of experience in full-Stack software engineering, preferably within financial services or other regulated domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Object-oriented design principles and common design patterns
- Secure application development practices
- Apache Camel and enterprise integration patterns
- Client-side testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma
- DevOps practices including source control, CI/CD, and monitoring
- Docker containerization
- Kubernetes / EKS experience
- AWS cloud knowledge and/or certifications
- Experience with accessibility standards (W3C WCAG)
- Exposure to enterprise orchestration frameworks
