Job Title: Snowflake Data Architect

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid onsite)

Duration: 6+Months

Job Description: 

·         Deep knowledge of Snowflake architecture and services, including Cortex Analyst, Cortex AI, Semantic Views, Streamlit in Snowflake, Snowpark ML, and Model Registry.

·         Ability to design semantic and business-friendly data layers that translate complex data structures into governed entities, relationships, metrics, definitions, and reusable data products.

·         Experience defining architecture for advanced analytics, machine learning, forecasting, and AI-enabled applications within the Snowflake ecosystem.

·         Strong understanding of data security and governance, including RBAC, row-level access, masking, sensitive-data controls, logging, lineage, and auditability.

·         Ability to design solutions that meet performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and regulatory/compliance requirements. 

·         Experience developing target-state architectures and technical design artifacts, including platform, integration, security, access-control, and deployment designs.

·         Ability to collaborate with other technical SMEs to establish architectural standards and patterns, and ensure implementation remains aligned to the overall solution architecture

Educational Qualifications:

• Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
• Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

·   Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
