This role is responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of technology-focused projects and programs, including implementation and enhancement of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and backend systems. The individual will serve as a Scrum Master and Agile leader, ensuring teams adhere to Agile principles and deliver high-quality software efficiently.



Responsibilities



Agile LeadershipAct as a dedicated Scrum Master for multiple e-commerce backend development teamsFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesPromote Agile values and ensure adherence to Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles

Process Optimization & CoachingChampion Agile best practices and continuous improvementCoach teams and stakeholders to identify and eliminate anti-patternsDrive efficiency, predictability, and quality in delivery

Program Increment (PI) PlanningSupport PI planning and execution by ensuring visibility and alignment of features across the lifecycleCoordinate across teams to maintain flow from analysis through release

Backlog ManagementPartner with Product Owners, Technical Program Leads, and ArchitectsMaintain a well-refined backlog (Sprint +2 readiness) aligned to business priorities

Risk & Impediment ManagementIdentify, track, and resolve blockers impacting deliveryEscalate risks and dependencies as needed

Tooling & Delivery ExecutionLeverage tools such as Jira, GitHub, Atlassian suite, and Xray for:Backlog managementSprint trackingRelease coordination



Experience RequiredBachelor's degree, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field5+ years in a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, or similar role in software developmentProven experience leading Agile teams in e-commerce or backend systemsStrong expertise in Jira (backlogs, sprints, releases, reporting)Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) Stakeholder engagement and communicationContinuous improvement practicesJira and Agile toolingSolid understanding of:Branching strategiesQA processesDeployment patternsExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences



Experience PreferredScrum certification (CSM, PSM I)Experience with e-commerce platforms, APIs, integrations, and data flowsExposure to AI/ML tools for Agile optimization (e.g., backlog automation, QA acceleration)Automotive industry experienceBackground in building or supporting custom e-commerce platforms
