This role involves supporting multiple systems through maintenance, modification, and problem resolution to ensure the ongoing delivery of services. The position requires managing various tasks and projects simultaneously and coordinating resources across different applications and operations. The successful candidate will provide expertise in determining strategic technical direction and system architecture for new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks to fulfill internal and external data channels within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Apply technical and functional knowledge to resolve complex technical issues.
- Coordinate activities across partnering organizations, including fulfillment teams, technology groups, application development, and infrastructure services.
- Apply best practices and risk mitigation strategies within the area of expertise.
- Handle day-to-day technical details with a hands-on approach.
- Manage and close incident tickets in a timely manner.
- Interact with and provide support to internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to accomplish tasks and solve problems efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years of applicable experience is typically required.
Technical Skills:- Experience with Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling Secure Proxy.
- Proficiency with file transfer protocols such as Connect:Direct, Secure+, FTPS, SFTP, and AS2.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation using RHEL Linux.
- Familiarity with network concepts including firewalls, proxies, and load balancing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- A collaborative attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
A pay range of $48.00 to $53.56 per hour is offered for this position. This employer provides a comprehensive benefits package.
