Summary

We are seeking a Senior Java Spark Developer with strong experience in building scalable data processing systems and backend services within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-performance applications using Java and Apache Spark
Design scalable batch and real-time data pipelines
Work with large-scale distributed datasets ensuring performance and reliability
Integrate Spark applications with HDFS, Hive, Kafka, and databases
Optimize Spark jobs for memory, compute, and execution efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Data Engineers
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Participate in Agile development processes and code reviews

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Core Java, Java 8, and OOP concepts
Hands-on expertise in Apache Spark (Core, SQL, DataFrames)
Knowledge of distributed data processing frameworks
Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets
Experience with Linux/Unix and Git
