We are looking for a Hands-on GRC Engineer with strong expertise in Python, API development, and modern cloud-native architectures including Microservices, Kubernetes, and Docker. The ideal candidate will design and build secure, scalable systems while ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements and industry frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain secure APIs and backend services using Python
· Design scalable microservices-based architectures deployed on Kubernetes/Docker
· Implement security, compliance, and risk controls across applications and infrastructure
· Work with relational and NoSQL databases to optimize performance and reliability
· Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards
· Automate monitoring, reporting, and compliance workflows
Required Skills:
· Strong hands-on experience in Python and API development
· Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
· Solid database design and optimization skills
· Understanding of GRC, security best practices, and compliance frameworks
· Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud platforms, and secure system design preferred
