Role: Product Manager – Pharma / Life Sciences
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong Pharma/Life Sciences domain expertise to lead product strategy and delivery for manufacturing and clinical operations software. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, ensure regulatory compliance, and build scalable solutions for life sciences organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy and roadmap for pharma manufacturing/clinical systems

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery to launch)

• Translate business needs into user stories and requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations)

• Ensure compliance with FDA/EMA/MHRA and integration with systems like ERP, LIMS, SCADA

• Track product performance and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience

• Strong Pharma/Life Sciences domain knowledge (clinical, manufacturing, pre-clinical)

• Experience with MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, IRT platforms

• Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, MHRA)

• Experience with Jira, Aha, or similar tools

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI in regulated environments

• Digital transformation / enterprise SaaS exposure

• Cloud-native and validation/audit readiness experience
