Role: Cerner Technical Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX – Remote
Duration: 6 – 12+ Months
Rate: $50 - $55/HR on W2
Job Details:
Charges and Patient Accounting
- Onshore Cerner Technical Consultant must have experience in performing AMS support for large healthcare including SLA & KPI based delivery, ITIL SCRUM based Operations and project delivery experience. Strong Cerner Functional Breadth, preferred experience in Delivery Role with Large US Healthcare
Core functional domains:
- Registration / ADT
- Charge Services / Patient Accounting
- Clinical modules (FirstNet, CareAware, Nursing)
- Ancillaries (PathNet, RadNet, Pharmacy – at least dependencylevel)
- Core Security (access, roles, audits)
- AMS Operations & ITIL
- Incident, Problem, Change, Request (ITIL v3/v4)
- P1/P2 management and RCA ownership
- SLA/SLO tracking and reporting
- Knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction
- Oncall / afterhours coverage model
- Security, Access & Compliance Awareness
Resolution of Incidents and Service Requests (RITM), preparing and presenting RCAs and problem and Knowledge Management.
