Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer and Information Systems Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Direct daily technology operations for system integration components supporting multiple state environments and enterprise programs.
- Lead, coordinate, and support a team of more than 20 technology professionals, establishing priorities and overseeing operational execution.
- Evaluate infrastructure and application architecture, technology requirements, and solution options to support reliable and effective technology operations.
- Oversee software development lifecycle activities, operational issues, technology improvements, and coordination across development and operations teams.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
Experience managing technology operations and system integration environments across multiple state implementations, including infrastructure, application architecture, software development lifecycle activities, and technical team leadership.
