The Cloud Services Administrator II is responsible for administering and supporting cloud infrastructure and services in day-to-day operations. This role focuses on deploying, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining cloud workloads using established patterns, infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates, and operational best practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with major cloud platforms and works collaboratively to support cloud operations, security, automation, and migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Administer cloud infrastructure and services to support daily operational need

Deploy and configure cloud workloads using established patterns and IaC template

Manage cloud accounts, permissions, and resource policies in alignment with governance standard

Monitor cloud systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and performance issue

Support cloud security and compliance activities, including role-based access control (RBAC)

Assist with system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of cloud resource

Contribute to cloud automation and scripting efforts to improve efficiency and reliability

Participate in cloud projects, enhancements, and migration initiative

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure stable and secure cloud operation

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud administration, systems administration, or a related IT role

Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform

Experience deploying and managing virtual machines, storage accounts, networking components, and identity/access tool

Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Python

Understanding of cloud security fundamentals, including RBAC and access governance

Experience using cloud monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Sentinel, etc.)

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond to operational incident

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation)

Exposure to cloud security or compliance framework

Experience supporting cloud migrations or modernization project

Familiarity with automation pipelines or DevOps practice

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related technical area, or the relevant combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administering systems-related technologies
  • Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and design enterprise-wide infrastructure technology systems
  • Ability to communicate with users and information technology professionals
  • Ability to work with vendors to request service and work through defective product issues
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
