We are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team in Bayport, Minnesota. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity for the development team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning and backlog refinement, to support efficient project execution.
Utilize Salesforce expertise to optimize workflows and enhance system functionality.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and transparency.
Solve complex problems creatively, delivering solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
Adapt to changing priorities and iterate on features to meet evolving business needs.
Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its applications.
Experience in a manufacturing, configurator, quoting, or CPQ-style environment is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to gather and distill requirements into actionable plans.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Collaborative mindset with excellent teamwork abilities.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and propose effective solutions.
