Summary

This role is pivotal in driving successful delivery of complex, high-impact digital products across multiple agile teams. You will combine strong leadership, technical, fluency, and domain expertise to ensure seamless execution, alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
5+ years of product management experience or engineering/Technical lead
Good understanding of one or more tech stacks such as microservices, Rest APIs (example - Spring Boot / Java), React, Cloud (Azure preferred)
Broad understanding of technical delivery aspects such as SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Quality Engineering
This role is pivotal in driving successful delivery of complex, high-impact digital products across multiple agile teams. You will combine strong leadership, technical, fluency, and domain expertise to ensure seamless execution, alignment, and stakeholder engagement
Working understanding of Agile methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent
Ability to build strong relationships with technical, product, and business stakeholders
Previous project management and leadership experience preferred.
A bachelor's degree is preferred; MBA or graduate degree a plus.
Project management certification (PMP) a plus.
Agile certification a plus.
