Job Summary We are looking for a **People & Culture professional with experience in HRIS systems and People Analytics** to support our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, experience working with HR information systems, and the ability to analyze and interpret people-related data to support business decisions. Deep expertise in a specific HRIS platform such as Workday is not required. Experience working with **HRIS systems in general**, along with knowledge of traditional People Analytics practices, would be highly valuable. Key Responsibilities * Analyze employee and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. * Support People & Culture initiatives through data-driven analysis and reporting. * Work with HRIS systems to collect, maintain, validate, and analyze employee data. * Develop and maintain recurring people analytics reports and dashboards. * Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements. * Provide insights related to workforce trends, employee demographics, retention, turnover, hiring, and other people metrics. * Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data and reporting. * Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from People & Culture leadership. * Translate complex people data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders. * Collaborate with HR teams and other business functions to improve people-data processes and reporting. Required Qualifications * Experience working in **HR, People & Culture, People Analytics, HRIS, or a related field**. * Hands-on experience working with **HRIS platforms or HR systems**. * Strong understanding of HR data, workforce metrics, and traditional People Analytics concepts. * Experience creating reports, analyzing workforce data, and presenting insights to stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights. * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. * High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **Workday or other HRIS platforms** is a plus, but not mandatory. * Experience with People Analytics, workforce reporting, or HR reporting. * Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as **Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms**. * Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and reporting. * Experience supporting HR transformation or process-improvement initiatives.
