Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture across CRM, middleware, and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise, enterprise integration experience, and knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain business processes.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture or solution design.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.

  • Experience designing end-to-end CRM, middleware, and ERP integrations.

  • Knowledge of APIs, middleware, ESB, microservices, and cloud integration architecture.

  • Experience with Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and Dataverse.

  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, finance, and supply chain processes.

  • Experience with solution architecture, technology roadmaps, and governance.

  • Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain experience.

  • Oracle ERP and Dynamics 365 integration knowledge.

  • Experience with ERP modernization and enterprise transformation.

  • Knowledge of TOGAF or enterprise architecture frameworks.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end architecture across CRM, middleware, ERP, and third-party applications.

  • Define integration strategies using APIs and Azure integration services.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure solutions.

  • Lead architecture reviews, governance, and technology roadmaps.

  • Support integrations across sales, customer service, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

  • Drive modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate: A senior architect with strong Dynamics 365 CRM, CRM-to-ERP integration, Azure integration, and manufacturing or supply chain experience.
