Job Overview: The Business Analyst IV will support Flight Shopping Domain projects and roadmap in all planning, execution, and delivery efforts. This role requires a strong technical understanding of the domain's systems capabilities and respective technologies. The Business Analyst IV will analyze channel, customer, and project requests and requirements, driving delivery based on multiple inputs and priorities.
Responsibilities: - Facilitate and manage Agile processes such as iteration/release planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups.
- Measure team velocity and schedule workload accordingly per sprint.
- Manage Kanban boards, track work items, resolve roadblocks, and oversee daily stand-ups.
- Track and manage work against channel priorities and ensure work items are acknowledged by the Quality Assurance team.
- Manage work items in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Team Foundation Server (TFS), ensuring accurate updates and proper iteration assignments.
- Create and manage change requests (RFCs) for releases, document release details, and coordinate administrative tasks.
- Prepare, review, and publish release notes after deployments.
- Engage with business partners and IT teams to track deliverables and manage dependencies.
- Write requirements documents, prepare domain estimates, and attend meetings to represent the Shopping domain.
- Develop expertise in the domain and act as a consultant/reference for business and IT teams.
- Schedule and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for new hires.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience, education, or training.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience as a system or business analyst.
- Proven ability to prioritize needs and deliver measurable results in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile development techniques in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with all levels of employees and management.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
- Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Visio is a plus.
- Airline industry experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $55- $60
