We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our client’s team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered digital experiences within enterprise environments. This role requires someone who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile teams, contribute to large-scale initiatives, and confidently present design solutions to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design intuitive and user-focused digital experiences for enterprise-level applications.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders within agile teams.
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Participate in large-scale digital transformation or product initiatives.
• Present design concepts and recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Incorporate user feedback and research into design improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 4+ years of UX Design experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience working in Agile development teams.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise initiatives or product implementations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio required demonstrating UX process, design thinking, and project outcomes.
