Epic Beaker Analyst

Position: Epic Beaker Certified Analyst / Consultant (AP & CP)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months (03/02/2026 03/01/2027)

Job Summary:

Seeking an Epic Beaker Certified Analyst/Consultant to provide build, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support for Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP) modules within a complex healthcare/academic medical center environment. The role partners closely with laboratory leadership, pathologists, clinical teams, and IT to align Epic Beaker solutions with lab workflows, operational goals, regulatory standards, and high-quality patient care.

Must-Have:

• Active Epic Beaker Certification in AP and CP
• Data Innovations (DI) Certification (required)
• Hands-on Epic Beaker build, configuration, and optimization experience
• Experience supporting academic medical center or complex hospital lab environments
• Strong understanding of AP & CP laboratory workflows and operations
• Experience translating lab business/clinical requirements into system solutions
• Experience in consulting, SOW-based, or vendor-supported engagements
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Configure, build, and optimize Epic Beaker AP & CP modules
• Partner with lab leadership, pathologists, and clinical teams to gather and translate requirements
• Support implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
• Ensure system alignment with CAP, CLIA, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with IT teams for system stability, integration, and best practices
• Produce documentation, analysis, and deliverables for consulting engagements
