The Application Developer will support in designing, configuring, and maintaining TRIRIGA applications to ensure optimal system performance and stability. During a critical 12-month dual-entitlement period, this role will focus heavily on backlog execution, defect resolution, and pre-production validation to support the platform's migration to the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Real Estate and Facilities (MREF) architecture.

- Release & Deployment Execution: Develop, test, and deploy code, ensuring all changes comply with federal standards and the IRS Change Control Board (CCB) process. Execute necessary deployments and deep regression testing during scheduled off-hours to protect the 99.9% availability SLA for 1,700 concurrent users.
- Integrations & Reporting: Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of complex automated data transfers (ETL processes) and develop custom BIRT reports or SQL queries to meet emerging IRS stakeholder needs.
Required Qualifications & Experience - Years of Experience: 3-5+ years of software development experience, with direct experience configuring, developing, and maintaining enterprise IBM TRIRIGA applications.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with TRIRIGA platform tools, Java, SQL, and HTML/XML. Experience troubleshooting application logic, workflows, and database queries.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycles (SDLC) within FedRAMP Moderate or High cloud environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience - Experience supporting TRIRIGA version 11.5/11.6 or preparing systems for MAS/MREF 9.x migrations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD 2021 integrations (CAD Integrator) and BIRT (Eclipse IDE 4.6) report development.
- Prior experience supporting federal civilian agencies or DoD real property systems.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
