Description

SAIC is seeking a CyberArk Team Lead to manage and enhance the Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities within our organization. This leadership role involves overseeing the deployment, configuration, and operation of CyberArk solutions, managing a team of PAM specialists, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and secure management of privileged accounts. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader with technical expertise, strategic vision, and exceptional communication skills.

This position is fully remote and can be worked from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CyberArk platform
  • Lead a team of CyberArk engineers/administrators by providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering professional growth.
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operations of the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite.
  • Interact with key business stakeholders to understand access requirements and design solutions that meet security and operational needs.
  • Ensure secure onboarding, vaulting, and lifecycle management of privileged accounts.
  • Regularly review and audit privileged account behaviors, enforce least-privilege principles, and address any anomalous activities detected by PTA or other tools.
  • Lead incident response efforts for privileged access-related security events and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop, track, and report on CyberArk metrics, such as coverage, compliance, incidents, and improvement plans.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree 5 years of relevant experience, additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 5 years of CyberArk implementation and administration experience, including hands-on deployment and configuration.
  • ITIL v3 Certification
  • Deep understanding of CyberArk architecture, modules, and integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, set priorities, and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technical topics to stakeholders of varying technical expertise.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk CDE, Defender, or Sentry).
  • Familiarity with other PAM platforms or complementary systems, such as BeyondTrust or Thycotic.
  • Experience in DevOps environments or automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins).
  • ITIL 4 Certification
