We are currently seeking a highly skilled Permanent PLC Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals and play a key role in our company's growth and success. As a PLC Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex control systems that improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity. You will be working with state-of-the-art technology and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement PLC control systems using RSLogix and Allen Bradley.
2. Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create detailed electrical diagrams and schematics.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and systems.
5. Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
6. Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff.
7. Participate in project planning and budgeting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a PLC Controls Engineer in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient with RSLogix, Allen Bradley, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical controls and troubleshooting.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Proven ability to design and implement complex control systems that improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
8. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
9. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
