- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution.
- Strong leadership and influence skills across executive and technical audiences.
- Exceptional customer-focus and ability to anticipate future business needs.
- Proven ability to drive alignment among competing priorities and stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and proactively manage risk.
