SAP IS-U with Choice Experience (IDEX/APE)

It's Techo-Functional Role.

Seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Retail Consultant to support the SAP APE Lead on a Customer Choice transformation program. The resource will assist in the assessment of existing IDE/IDEX market communication processes, support legacy-to-APE process and data mapping, contribute to market transaction migration, and support supplier EDI certification testing activities associated with the transition to SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP APE.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support analysis of existing IDE and IDEX market communication processes and EDI transaction flows.
• Assist in defining mappings between IDE/IDEX structures and SAP APE PDOC/TDOC frameworks.
• Prepare source-to-target mappings and support migration of Customer Choice master and transactional data.
• Support migration and reconciliation of open market transactions.
• Assist in development and execution of test scenarios for retail market processes.
• Coordinate and support supplier EDI certification testing, including test case preparation, execution support, defect analysis, transaction validation, and reconciliation of inbound/outbound market messages with suppliers and market operators.
• Analyze EDI transactions (814, 810, 820, 867, and related market transactions), investigate certification defects, and work with business and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, market certification, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Required Skills

• Experience with Customer Choice / Retail Energy market processes.
• Strong knowledge of IDE, IDEX, and EDI transactions (814, 810, 820, 867, etc.).
• Experience supporting utility supplier certification and market testing activities.
• Understanding of SAP APE or market communication modernization initiatives.
• Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and testing support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Consultant with 10+ years of SAP IS-U Customer Choice experience, familiar with deregulated utility markets, supplier EDI certifications, IDE/IDEX frameworks, and data migration activities, capable of supporting the APE Lead through assessment, migration, testing, certification, and deployment phases.
