Owns the numbers behind Langley's branch operations transformation. Builds the metrics, dashboards, and reports that show how the branch network is performing today and how much progress each initiative is making, giving the SVP, Sales and Service a clear, data-driven view of the program.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Two to three years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within financial services.
• Strong skills in data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and comfort working with large datasets.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
