Job Summary:

The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business and system requirements, designing technology solutions, and supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Support system design, integration, testing, implementation, and post-production activities.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve defects.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in change management, release planning, and production support.
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
